Peanut Butter-N-Jelly Smoothie

Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 2 each bananas cut up
  • 1 cup strawberries or blueberries (or you favorite)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (may substitute almond butter)
  • 4 tsp jam or jelly (to blend with the fruit you've chosen)

Instructions

  1. In blender, process all ingredients until creamy.

  2. Add ice or use frozen fruit for a colder smoothie.
