Peanut Butter-N-Jelly Smoothie
Servings 2
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk
- 2 each bananas cut up
- 1 cup strawberries or blueberries (or you favorite)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (may substitute almond butter)
- 4 tsp jam or jelly (to blend with the fruit you've chosen)
Instructions

In blender, process all ingredients until creamy.

Add ice or use frozen fruit for a colder smoothie.
