- 2 servings
1 1/2 cup soy milk
2 bananas, cut up
1 cup strawberries or blueberries (or your favorite)
2 tbls. peanut butter (may substitute almond butter)
4 tsp. jam or jelly (to blend with the fruit you’ve chosen)
In blender, process all ingredients until creamy.
Add ice or use frozen fruit for a colder smoothie.
