Pasta with Walnut Pesto

Pasta with Walnut Pesto                          recipe provided by Alexandra Mills

1 Tbls. garlic (1-3 cloves)
2 Tbls. oil
1 bag walnuts (~1 cup)
salt to taste
fresh parsley (2 hand bunches)
fresh basil (~ 1/4 hand bunch)


cooked pasta for serving


Blend together in food processor adding water a little at a time so the cream isn’t too watery.  Serve over hot pasta.
